While dealing with Training & Development you need to be deeply involved to be able to understand the necessity and ways of providing the training to your employees. Not every employee needs the same approach in your organization. To Identify ways of learning, keep the below things in mind.

Whenever there is:

  • Lack of knowledge -> Have a Learning Approach
  • Lack of Skills -> Have a Training Approach
  • Wrong Attitude -> Provide Counselling
  • Wrong Habits -> Provide Coaching
  • Not fully Involved -> Do Mentoring (Usually done for a new joined)

Tasks you need to do:

  1. Identify which Approach you are following majorly in your organization?
  2. What is the actual requirement?
  3. Identify which ways of learning you can provide to your employees and how?
